Sources

Every article on this site rests on a recorded primary source. The primarysource field in a page's provenance record names the authority the page was built from — a statute, a regulation, a government form and its instructions, or official guidance. A page without a primary source to record is not a page this site can stand behind, and the provenance record makes that visible: the field is either populated or the gap is on the record. Writers base every article on primary sources: statute, regulation, government guidance, and court decisions. Those sources are cited with direct links where possible. News articles, forums, and unverified social-media posts are not relied on as primary authority. When a source is behind a paywall or available only in print, the page says so.

Review credits

Reviewer credits are assigned per category from the site's adopted reviewer map. The map names one adopted reviewer for each category the site publishes in — US student and work, US family and marriage, UK, Canada, Australia, and academic editing — each a YouSafe Market provider who agreed to be cited for articles in that category. Where a category in the map names a subcategory alternate, the credit for a page in that subcategory follows the map. The credit itself takes the form of a "Reviewed by" citation in the article's publisher block, before its references. What the citation records is narrow and checkable: the reviewer's name, and the provenance fields — reviewer and updateowner among them — that say who is credited with the page and who is responsible for keeping it current. The review process page describes the citation format and the full reviewer map.

Currency

Each page records a datechecked: the date its primary source was last checked. Currency on this site is therefore a property a reader can inspect page by page rather than a claim about the site as a whole. Articles are reviewed when the underlying law changes and on a periodic review cycle. The "Updated" date at the top of an article reflects its last review. When an article is updated, the change is noted; articles are not silently rewritten without the date being updated.

Further policy commitments

Reviewer coverage, stated per category. ImmigrationHelp states its reviewer coverage truthfully, category by category, on the authors page and the review process page: a named adopted reviewer where one exists for the category, and no credit where none does. Chinese-language content has no adopted zh-Hans reviewer: the Chinese-language OPT page (huaxue-opt) stands unreviewed-by-line and carries no reviewer line until a zh-Hans-capable reviewer is adopted for it. No page on this site claims a blanket review arrangement beyond the per-category map. Independence. ImmigrationHelp does not accept payment for article placement, favorable coverage, or backlink inclusion. Advertisers and partners do not influence editorial content. Reviewers are paid for review time, not for outcomes or for steering readers toward particular services. Corrections. Readers can suggest corrections by emailing support@immigrationhelp.app with the article URL and the specific text in question. The corrections page sets out the reporting route, the tiered correction timelines the site commits to, and how a correction is recorded on the article.
